If you live in the United States, having a PayPal balance can be nearly as good as cash because you can sign up for the debit card and draw cash instantly from any ATM. Overseas users will not have this facility, and will need to wait up to a week for the money to clear into a bank account before you are paid cash.

Sites offering cash paid surveys can be found through the search engines, but one of the best ways of finding them is to search home business forums. The people on these forums have often been involved with paid surveys for some time, and many of them are happy to give advice. This applies especially if they have now left the paid survey scene to become involved in another business.
